Over ten years ago, I fell in love with Aruba. Today, we’re proud to also be working on Sint Maarten and Bonaire. Driven by our mission to promote a socially safe workplace culture, our team of seven dedicated professionals is now active throughout the Caribbean. Each team member brings their own unique expertise, and together we are committed to one goal: creating safe and respectful workplaces for everyone, across the islands.
In recent years, we’ve built a strong network of clients in both public and private sectors. Over the past five years alone, we’ve trained more than 80 confidential counsellors, who now play a key role in fostering a healthy, safe, and supportive work environment within their organizations.
What we offer
We do more:
- Support organizations in developing ‘safe work’ campaigns
- Train management and HR teams in social safety, professional leadership, and workplace communication
- Work actively within the healthcare sector, including hospitals on the islands, where we provide both leadership training and an accredited program for medical specialists (worth 5 continuing education points)
- Provide a pool of external confidential counsellors, ideal for smaller organizations or those who prefer to combine internal and external support
Creating a safe work environment doesn’t happen overnight. It’s something we build together. Fortunately, more and more organizations in the Caribbean are investing in long-term strategies for workplace safety. The topic now holds a permanent place on many agendas. We’re proud to be part of that shift.
